Pure Gospel Fellowship is a family of believers from diverse nations and cultures. We are committed to building community, strengthening families, developing Christian leaders and enriching lives through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

How Our Journey Began

After moving to Canada to pursue his studies, Pastor Chris G. Doekpar recognized a need to serve and gather God’s people. Pure Gospel Fellowship was established on September 1, 2024, beginning like a mustard seed with 11 adults and five children.

From those early gatherings, the church has continued to grow in faith, prayer, worship and fellowship. Evangelism, discipleship and the development of Christian leaders remain central to our calling.

Who We Are

We are a Christ-centred outreach ministry called to share the Gospel, make disciples and help people apply biblical truth in every area of life. We seek to serve people of every age and background through preaching, teaching, worship, prayer, counselling, leadership development and community outreach.

Our Heart for Ottawa and Beyond

Like the church at Antioch, we celebrate a diverse spiritual family united in Christ. We desire to reach nations, demonstrate the love of Jesus and equip believers to fulfil their God-given purpose in the church, the community and the world.

Meet Pastor Chris

Pastor Chris G. Doekpar

Pastor Chris is called, trained and ordained to equip believers for Christian maturity, ministry and leadership. He serves Pure Gospel Fellowship with a heart for discipleship, evangelism and building a diverse spiritual family that follows Christ and shares His Gospel.
